I am currently a Birthing Naturally Childbirth Educator. 

 

This is a Christian childbirth cirriculum. This class is for Christians and for non-Christians alike. Topics covered in this class include the stages of labor (and what they may look like), what stretches or activies you can do before labor that can encourage an easier, delivery, and the basics of breastfeeding. We may discuss potential fears that may inhibit you from having a stress-free labor.
