I believe every woman deserves a doula.

While a doula perfroms no medical examinations ( even a simple vaginal dilation exam ), a doula does provide a one-on-one suport and encouragement for both the expecting mother and father. I will be there for you, to listen to your concerns, create a birth plan, and to hold your hand.

My Doula Services Include:

Two prenatal visits to discuss your concerns
On-call support from the time you hire me.
Constant connection via phone and email.
My presnce there during your labor, and 2 hours after your birth.
Helping your partner stay involved in your process, providing tips and ideas to help his or her partner out.
The ability to explain medical procedures and to tell you of your options
Suggestions to lower your pain and to increase your focus.
Pain releiving techniques like massage therapy and aromatherapy
Aid with the inital breastfeeding.
Photography during your labor, birth, and (your choice) immediately after birth.
A back-up doula (I have serval) chosen to closely meet your needs, in the event I cannot attend your birth.

Price of Services:

My fees are 300-700$ (working on a sliding scale). I do not turn people away solely on an inability to pay. Please inquire for more information about the cost of my services. Paypal accepted.
